Experience is Very Important
What kind of company which we want to build in the future? I think service based company will be the most interesting part in my business because in service based business we don’t need to create our stock so there is no dead stock in our warehouse. But it is hard to build nice service based business if we don’t know how to deal with opportunity and competition. We can learn from other people which have good experience in dealing business based on service such as the moving company business. It is not easy actually to have good experience in taking good service from a company if we have not dealt with that offer by ourselves. Experience is very important to help people making their decision based on the real action. What is a good case study for our service based business creation? We can learn from Humboldt, a moving company which has lots of experiences in moving people’s stuff from old house to the new house in long distance. It is not easy to move our stuff if we don’t have enough facility such as big truck to carry all stuffs us have. There are so many things we need to move but we need to plan when to do it.
