Mistake is human related issue and this is the most frequently happened issue in our life. The most common mistake that a person or company can make is try to solve a problem in order to improve by doing the trial and error method. This is a costly method for a company to undertake. Not only will the company lose money but precious time as well. This mistake is usually committed if the real problem is not identified. We need to maintain our life to know how to solve the problem related to mistake. Being more careful is the best prevention.
